menstruation
This feels like the first “normal” period I’ve had in a long time. The same cramps, the breast tenderness, the food cravings, back pain, and mood instability. This has been the first month without hormonal birth control since March. It feels good at least to know what to expect. But man, I have been nuts for the past couple of days.
